Power Screen Capture 7.0 is a software program that offers users of Windows’ operating systems an application that allows them to capture images from their screens, TV tuners, DV’s and other devices.
This all-in-one- screen capture tool has many functions and features which allow users to capture, browse and manage their captured files. Power Screen Capture 7.0 has an easy to use interface developed for the use of both professional and amateur users allowing fast operation. Users can capture from full screen, active window, window object, or a selected region of their desktops. Before they begin capturing, users can use the Capture Settings window of the interface to select ‘desired directory’ to save their files to and the program will generate a directory automatically for their captured file, say, for captured videos, for example.
This simple tool also allows users to capture video and images from DV’s, TV tuners and other devices such as USB cameras. Also in the Capture settings window, users can adjust auto shot, audio settings, volume and balance, and overlay settings. In the Device Settings window of the interface, users can set video and audio output settings, device properties, TV input type, and country code and frequency override in the TV tuner tab. Output formats can also be selected and image formats can be set or sized too.
There are many other useful settings such as multiple video and audio encoder settings, even motion detection settings such as sensitivity and alarm. The Power Screen Capture 7.0 application keeps a list of captured files and users manage their captured files efficiently by being able to view, copy, rename, and delete them if required. A user friendly help file for users is included in the toolbar of the interface. Power Screen Capture 7.0 supports the Windows 2000/2003/XP and Vista operating systems.
